I Am... The Best Way to Cook Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi: Pan-fried Cacio e Pepe Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe
Now that it's fall, I'm all about the carbs. I have to work on my winter body, after all ;) Jokes aside, I really do find that the cooler weather makes me want to eat ALL the things, which makes me a much more fluffier person in the fall and winter months, compared to spring and summer. I try to combat this by going on super long walks and dragging my butt to the gym (very very occasionally), but the thing that I find works best for me is being aware of what I'm eating and kind of sort of calorie counting.

Now that we're just days away from the first day of fall, it's hot pot season! I'm coming at you with this sweet and sour Vietnamese hot pot situation that is going to warm you right up. Hot pot, if you haven't had it, is hands down, one of the best ways to eat, especially when the weather is cool. Essentially, it's a bunch of ingredients laid out at the table with a simmering pot of soup in the middle. Everything goes in the pot, which is on a portable burner, and is simmered. OMFG it is the last Friday in August! It's Labor Day Weekend?! Where the heck did the summer go?
